Designing and implementing a new compressor house for bottling plant of Aqua Lorenzo. ThermoBox D73 heat protection was even installed.

Problem

Introduction of a new production technology has triggered to install a new compressor at the high-performance production plant. .

Matching the needs of their industry, an oil-free compressor was purchased alongside the installation of distributior Atlas Copco.

However, the enterprise later decided a larger compressor room to build at their site which is one of the largest cutting-edge bottling plants in Europe. We received a call from Aqua Lorenzo who wanted to entrust us with the new room’s design and installation.

Solution

Currently, two compressors are supporting the production at the bottling plant in Albertirsa. Following a logical approach, an old compressor was relocated from another part of the established facility to accommodating it in the new-build compressor house. ThermoBox D73 was installed at each compressors and the job was completed.

Result

It’s much easier to establish a new compressor room starting from scratch than converse an existing one. Together with our partner companies, we would say that in the light of experiences gained over many years.
Building a compressor room affords a design where everything could be setting without complications to support the maximum production capacity at the industrial plant.
